Safety:
The Fire Marshal and Mr. Dobson will make a safety inspection. Starting at 5pm in Trail #1 and then Trail #2.
Don’t cover the exit doors. Tape down the extension cords firmly. Make a clear path for the public.
You need to have someone present at your section during the inspection in case we need to fix anything.
Guides:
Guides meet at the blocks for 5:30pm.
Sections and actors should be ready at 5:40pm for a practice run. You will receive important feedback then.
Dividers:
Each section will install the dividers. After the announcements, every section should go to the music room and meet Mr. Stranding. He will give you the divider, the tape and will show you how to install it. You will also bring them back there once the event is over.
Cleanup:
The event is over and you can start the clean up once the lights go up. At around 8:35pm. Check with your teacher before leaving.
Bring your garbage to the boiler room doors next to the mini gym.
Trail Actors:
Do not touch members of the public. Tell the guides if some people don’t have a proper behavior. Middle school students enjoy the trail a lot but may need more attention. So please report if there’s a problem.

Get food and water. You need bottles.
There will be a 5 minute break at 7pm.
